Light of Hope Community Resource Bereavement Center

Hospice of the Valley's Light of Hope Bereavement Resource Center's purpose is to help people in the community whose loved one has died navigate the grieving process. The Center offers structured programs and specialized resources on a variety of grief and loss related topics.

Who should use the Bereavement Resource Center?

  • anyone in the community who has lost someone they love

  • friends and family who would like to learn how to reach out to someone in grief

  • clergy, teachers and other professionals needing reference materials on dying or the grieving process

The Bereavement Center includes:
  • a complete lending library covering many topics
  • audio and video tapes
  • support groups
  • one-on-one sessions
  • outreach programs for church and community groups
  • instructional presentations for schools
  • speaking engagements

All services provided free of charge.
